Motorsport action roared back under the dazzling lights of Las Vegas, kicking off the final triple-header of a season brimming with excitement, edge-of-your-seat drama, and heart-stopping wheel-to-wheel battles. Fans packed the grandstands to marvel at the seamless blend of engineering brilliance and driving skill on display. All 20 cars hit the track, determined to leave their mark in the vibrant paradise of thrills and entertainment—none other than the iconic Sin City.

Chilly winds, low grip, and a dusty track set the stage, but Mercedes thrived, showing impressive pace complete with striking white puffer jackets that made them look ready to march into defending the Death Star. The cold temperatures played to Mercedes' advantage, dominating every Free Practice session. Meanwhile, Red Bull battled an ill-suited aero package, with mechanics forced to drill out parts of the rear wing to prevent the car from becoming a hindrance on the long straights.

A rare Friday qualifying session saw drivers braving a chilly track that was expected to improve. Q1 delivered a shock as Pérez was eliminated (Who would have thought? Oh, right, all of us). Q2 was halted by Franco Colapinto's crash, leaving Williams mechanics with a serious trauma and nightmares filled with a wrecked Williams coming in the garage. (Our prayers with them)

Mercedes were the favorites for pole after dominating practice, but it was George Russell who claimed the top spot. Ferrari emerged as strong contenders, while Lewis Hamilton's mistakes left him starting 10th. George Russell took an early lead, with Charles Leclerc moving up to P2 and setting his sights on the until his tires literally went “I AM DONE FOR THE DAY, ADIOS”, while in front Lewis Hamilton began his charge through the field, confident in his car and determined to make an impact.

Leclerc's fading tires dropped him to P4, while McLaren's poor pace left them trailing the top teams. Ferrari's pit errors and strategy (YEP, THEY ARE BACK!) woes cleared the way for Hamilton to charge to P2, hunting down a dominant Russell. Behind them, the midfield battle intensified, with Aston Martin and Alpine scrapping for every point. Amid the chaos, Verstappen quietly climbed through the field, setting up a potential late-race showdown.

Mercedes left Las Vegas with a dominant 1-2 finish, as Hamilton secured P2 alongside race winner George Russell. Carlos Sainz took third, helping Ferrari close the gap on McLaren in the Constructors' standings.
